Our 7-Year Warranty
Artificial Grass Lebanon by Rabiantos provides a 7-year artificial grass warranty in Lebanon, supported by clear product information and professional after-sales service. The warranty applies to all sold artificial grass models and starts from the completion date of installation, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
What Our Warranty Covers
The Artificial Grass Lebanon warranty covers the product’s expressly warranted specifications and performance characteristics presented to the customer before purchase, including applicable UV resistance and other stated characteristics in the product information, quotation, and manufacturer documentation. Coverage applies under normal conditions and when the selected product is used for its intended application.
Manufacturing Defects
We carefully inspect our artificial grass before installation and do not knowingly supply products with visible manufacturing defects.
If a hidden manufacturing defect becomes apparent during the 7-year warranty period, we will assess the claim. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Artificial Grass Lebanon will provide replacement artificial grass for the affected material at the company’s expense, in accordance with the applicable warranty conditions.
We coordinate separately with the manufacturer regarding any compensation. Our commitment to provide replacement material under our commercial warranty is not conditional upon reimbursement from the manufacturer.
Removal and Reinstallation
The commercial product warranty covers the replacement artificial grass material. The customer is responsible for the costs of removing the existing grass and installing the replacement material.
Removal, surface preparation, reinstallation, and related labour are not included in the commercial product warranty unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
Intended Use and Warranty Exclusions
Each artificial grass model is designed for specific applications and levels of use. A product selected for a residential garden, for example, should not be assumed suitable for intensive football use, vehicle traffic, or other applications for which it was not designed.
The commercial warranty does not cover damage caused by fire, burns, hot objects, vehicle traffic, misuse, abnormal or excessive loads, sharp objects, harsh chemicals, or use outside the product’s intended application. Damage caused by improper installation or alterations carried out by third parties is also excluded where attributable to those causes.
Normal wear and changes within the manufacturer’s stated tolerances are not considered manufacturing defects. These exclusions apply to damage caused by the stated circumstances and do not exclude unrelated manufacturing defects or mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your artificial grass has a manufacturing defect, please contact Artificial Grass Lebanon with your invoice or quotation, installation date, product details, and clear photographs of the reported issue.
Our team will review the information and inspect the product where necessary. We will assess the claim in accordance with the applicable warranty conditions and coordinate with the manufacturer when appropriate.
Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will explain the replacement process and the available arrangements for removal and reinstallation.
Your Consumer Rights
This commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit or exclude, any mandatory consumer rights under applicable Lebanese law.
